The inaugural US‑Azerbaijan Economic Dialogue will be held on June 2 as part of Baku Energy Week, in accordance with the US‑Azerbaijan Strategic Partnership Charter. The event is jointly organised by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and the US Department of State, Report informs, citing the US Embassy in Azerbaijan.
The Dialogue aims to expand cooperation in regional connectivity, trade, industry, transit, energy security, investment, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure.
A special session involving the business communities of both the US and Azerbaijan will be organised within the framework of the Dialogue. A number of cooperation documents and commercial agreements are expected to be signed during that session.
