Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov met with U.S. Chargé d’Affaires in Azerbaijan Amy Carlon to discuss advancing bilateral energy ties to a new level.
The meeting highlighted strong interest in Washington for deepening relations with Azerbaijan. The sides reviewed outcomes from the Minister’s recent U.S. visit and exchanged views on energy collaboration under the Strategic Partnership Charter, the “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity” (TRIPP), and other key projects.
Prospects for expanded partnerships with U.S. companies, establishing regular energy dialogue mechanisms, and developing a comprehensive roadmap were also on the agenda.
