Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Energy and Clean Energy Capital LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Green Energy Company, have formalized an implementation agreement to advance a major offshore wind energy initiative, the Ministry confirmed to Renewables.az.
The project targets a total capacity of 600 MW, with an initial 200 MW phase. Clean Energy Capital will undertake comprehensive research in the Caspian Sea to lay the groundwork for the development and construction of the wind farm.
