Azerbaijan recorded 2,237 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.
Meanwhile, 787 people recovered from the infection, while 29 patients lost their lives.
So far, 261,713 people have contracted the virus in Azerbaijan, 238,125 have recovered, while 3,567 died. At present, 20,021 people are receiving treatment.
Azerbaijan has conducted 2,873,658 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 14,885 today.
