The development of renewable energy in countries with large resources in this area, such as Argentina, the US, Azerbaijan, etc., is economically beneficial for the future, Jennifer Morgan, Secretary of State and Special Representative of Germany for International Climate Action at the German Foreign Ministry, said at a meeting with a group of journalists in Baku.
“It’s really about economic opportunity, it’s about new jobs, it’s about prosperity for countries,” she said. “Europe is moving forward with our Green deal. And I can say that German industry takes the net zero goal that is there, is set in law and is going to stay.”
