The European Commission (EC) will soon present the 12th package of EU sanctions against Russia with new import and export bans and a tightening of the oil price ceiling, EC President Ursula von der Leyen told a press conference in Kyiv, which was broadcast by the press service of the European Commission.
"Soon we will propose a 12th package of sanctions. With a new blacklist. With new bans on imports and exports. With actions to tighten the oil price ceiling. And with tougher measures to circumvent sanctions," she said.
