The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), together with its partners, has invested $18 billion in the Turkish economy over the past 15 years, Acting CEO of SOCAR Türkiye Elchin Ibadov said in an interview with the Turkish media.
He noted that SOCAR is the largest direct foreign investor in Türkiye.
