In January-May of this year, the production of electricity in Azerbaijan amounted to 11 billion 886.5 million kWh.
This was mentioned in the operative data of the Ministry of Energy for the 5th month of 2023.
It was reported that the production of electricity in the country increased by 629.3 million kWh, i.e. by 5.6%, compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
In May of this year, the production of electricity in the republic was 2 billion 034.3 million kWh. This is 28.9 million kWh or 1.4% more than the same period in 2022.
