Bulat Auyelbayev: Kazakhstan interested in cooperating with Green Energy Advisory Council

APRIL 07, 2023

Kazakhstan is interested in the activities of the Green Energy Advisory Council and close cooperation with it, chief expert at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bulat Auyelbayev said at a round table on bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

Report informs that, according to him, Kazakhstan is not included in this council yet. "But I understand that this is an open area, and it was interesting for us to get acquainted with the activities of the Constitutional Court," Bulat Auyelbayev emphasized.

"Kazakhstan also has developments in this area. For example, last year, during the visit of German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock to Kazakhstan, she was presented with a set of programs, one of which was related to hydrogen production," Bulat Auyelbayev said.

According to the expert, the policy of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan is aimed at the future: "Interregional cooperation between the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus is very important and can influence neighboring countries in a positive way."
